Pizza Night!

Tonight’s pizza was a Wheat Montana white flour crust with a few herbs, honey, and olive oil.

Toppings–some leftover chunky tomato-veggie sauce from last night’s spanikopita meal, a few sliced crimini mushrooms, a thin-sliced Dakota Harvest beef pepper stick, red onions, torn-up arugula, and some shredded colby cheese.

Local ingredients: honey, home-canned tomato sauce, roasted summer veggies (tomato, peppers, summer squash, eggplant), red onions, beef stick, cheese.
