Moderation in All Things. Including Moderation.

By way of explanation (and not apology) I must preface this by saying that most of my meals are vegetarian.  I rarely eat meat more than once a day, and I often have entirely vegetarian days.

I eat steak maybe once every six months.  But when I eat steak, I eat one big organic grassfed locally-raised ribeye steak.

Tonight was steak night.

  1. I share your affinity for the rib steak. My Boundary Waters companion and I push hard the first day getting to the area we want to set up camp in the hub of anticipated day trips. We bring in fresh potatoes and frozen (at the time we leave) grassfed rib steaks and cook them up the first night. Nothing like it.
